The registration fee includes:

A reduced registration rate is available for delegates booking on or before September 3, 2010.

Early Booking Delegate: €495 + VAT @ 19% = €589.05
Delegate (booking after September 3, 2010): €595 + VAT @ 19% = €708.05

Conference Dinner

Sponsored by the journal Infection, Genetics and Evolution, the conference dinner will be held at the famous Five Flies restaurant set in five ancient buildings dating back to 1627 and situated in the centre of Amsterdam. The evening begins from the conference hotel with a boat trip through Amsterdam’s famous canals and culminates with a traditional meal at the restaurant, which specialises in New Dutch cuisine. Coaches will then transport guests back to the Mövenpick Hotel.

Elsevier is committed to making this conference accessible to the widest possible range of delegates from around the world and has made available 100 places at a specially reduced registration fee of just €350 plus tax. These places are reserved for students (50 places) and delegates from low-income countries (50 places).

The Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student applications must be accompanied by a signed letter from the student’s head of department attesting to student status.

Applications for the places set aside for delegates from low-income countries should be made using the Application Form. These places are limited in number and will be awarded at the discretion of the Conference Chairman.

Students¹: €350 + VAT @ 19% = €416.50
Low-income Country Delegate: €350 + VAT @ 19% = €416.50

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday August 13, 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday September 1, 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday September 1, 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
